8. How can I choose the right voice for my project?
Just send us a description of your project, your target audience and the tone you want. We’ll send voice samples and suggestions, and can also arrange custom demos if needed.
9. Can I join the recording remotely?
Yes. Our studio is fully equipped for remote recording sessions with real-time connection. We provide a link the day before or a few hours prior to the scheduled session.
10. Do you only work with Portuguese voice talents?
No. We work with professional voice artists in over 70 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Chinese and more.
11. How much does a professional voice over cost?
The price depends on the script length, usage (internal, commercial, TV, etc.), language, and licensing rights. We provide fast, detailed quotes.
12. Can the voice over include music or sound effects?
Yes. We offer full audio post-production, including sound design, mixing with music, effects, equalisation and mastering.
13. How fast can you deliver a voice over?
Simple recordings can be delivered within 24 hours. Larger or multilingual projects are scheduled based on urgency and voice artist availability.

15. How does the Voices & Media Solutions work?
The Voices & Media Solutions works with audio, video, and content production projects that can include also the translation, text creation, image production. We offer voice over services with voice over artists, voice actors, presenters, and professional narrators. We provide high quality recordings, recorded in a professional studio, with experienced sound and sound effects engineers.
We work with voice over artists from all over the world, and, in this way, we guarantee more than 75 languages for voice over, recorded by native professional voice over artists. Every time that is possible, we ensure the live remote recording session, where the client is connected to our studio and the selected voice over artist.
If the voice over artist is in Lisbon, they will come to our studio or if they are in another city of the world, they will join us in the remote session and record live, so that the client can participate and approve the voice over. We are usually very quick, from the job confirmation, the scheduling with the voice talent selected for the recording session, to the editing, post-production and delivery of the project.
16. I would like to participate in the recording session. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible. If you are in Lisbon, you can come to our studio or, in alternative, you can participate via live remote session and, in this case, you can be located in any part of the world as long as you have internet access. Our remote recording session is prepared to ensure that you follow along, direct, and approve the voice over as if you are physically on our studio.
17. How can I listen and choose a voice for my project?
There are two options: doing it yourself or ask or commercial team for voice suggestions according to the profile you are looking for.
While doing the search yourself, you should access the menu Find Voice Over Artist, select the desired language, listen and ADD the favourites. You can fine-tune the search by adding filters like gender or age group.
18. I am looking for a very specific type of voice. Can you help me?
Yes, we are specialists in finding the perfect for projects.
Even if you are looking for a dubber that can be Santa Claus, or an African voice over artist with a specific dialect, or even a voice that is similar to some celebrity, our casting director will be happy to provide suggestions. Or if you are looking for a Brazilian voice over artist living in Barcelona, or an American talent living in São Paulo, we can also help. Speak to our commercial team!
19. How can I inform the voice over artist about the kind of voice over I am looking for?
This is our team’s job. We will receive your briefing and provide the information to the voice over artist before the beginning of the recording session. If you participate in the recording session, you can also transmit the information directly to the voice actor.
20. After providing the briefing and the script for recording, can I make changes?
You can always try. If the recording has not begun yet, we can replace the information and proceed with the recording the new information.
In case the recording has already been done, the voice over artist will have to come back to studio session and record again. This service works like many others, for example, with printed materials, after the print is ready, they would have to print again to make changes, or in the restaurant, if you ask for a steak and then you feel like eating the fish. To record again to make changes you are always subject to additional fees for re-recording but be sure that we will do our best for you!
21. I am not completely satisfied with the voice over intonation. Can I request a new recording?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with the intonation, you can request a new recording, indicating what points you would like to improve. Ideally, if you did not participate in the first recording, you would participate in the second recording to ensure that the voice over is perfect for your project.
22. Do I have to hire a studio to work with your voices?
No. In case the recording is not done in our studio, we have partners all over the world that will ensure high quality recordings. We take care of everything.
23. I need my recording on the same day or the following day. Is this possible?
Yes, normally, we can do it. If you confirm the job before midday, you have greater chances of receiving your voice over file on the same day or the following day. In this case, we are subjected to the voice over artists availability.
24. How are the recordings delivered?
The voice overs are always delivered in 48khz 24 bit.
In case it is a video project, we can deliver the audio synchronized, with sound effects, and export in mp4, mov or mfx.
You can always request the delivery in other specific formats.
25. My script is not translated yet, do you do translations?
Of course! We work together with translation professionals. We can deliver your translated script at the most competitive prices.
26. I need to translate a video that is in English to French, Spanish and Portuguese. Do you do this work?
Of course, it is one of our specialties. This service is called localization. It can include the transcreation of audio and video text, the translation and adaptation to the target languages, voice dubbing, video editing, sound effects, and subtitles.
