How do the voice acting auditions work on the Voices & Media Solutions?

By registering and creating your profile on the Voices & Media Solutions, your account will be reviewed by our team of voice professionals. In this way, your profile will be available on our platform and your samples will be heard by our clients and all of our commercial and production team.

The Voices & Media Solutions’s voice acting auditions can be done in two ways:

  1. Through the audio and video samples uploaded on our platform
  2. Through a personalized voice acting audition, with a specific recording for the project

 

Create a professional voice over account

Register and create and account with personal and professional information. Prepare some audio and video files of previous works that you have done during your career to upload on our platform, for voice acting auditions.

After registration and uploading the audio and video files, our team specialist in audio productions will evaluate your profile and approve your account. The account will only be approved with audio examples of your voice for voice acting auditions!

As soon as your account is approved, your profile will be online and you will be available to be selected for voice acting auditions of our clients or suggested by our creative and commercial team.

  5. Files with more than one voice can be tricky! It should be clear which voice is yours! For example, if there is one male voice and another female voice, it will be easy to identify. However, two male voices or two female voices can lead to confusion.
     
  6. Voice acting auditions can be done only with the examples available on your profile or it can be requested a personalized voice acting audition for a specific client.

Voice acting auditions can be provided to our client in two ways:

  • Voice acting auditions on the platform: these voice acting auditions are done through the available audios on the voice over talents profiles. Our commercial team receives the briefing and suggest the voice or voices that considers to be “ideal” for the project, or the client will listen and select directly on our platform, selecting the language for voice over, gender, and other filters, listening to the available voices, and selecting the perfect voice for the project.
     
  • Personalized voice acting auditions: Personalized voice acting auditions are requested by the client when there is doubt if the voice will reach the project’s objectives. In this case, the client requests our team for a personalized voice acting audition, with a recording of the project’s script.

For any of the voice acting auditions we alert that you should be careful with the audio selection you provide, because after listening to the first audio example, the client will decide if your voice can fit their project or not.   1. Recording quality and volume: files with noise, echo, and with low volume will not be accepted by our team, as well as any kind of auto promotion
     
  2. Music in the beginning of the files: too much music in the beginning of the file can lead the client to give up on listening to the whole audio
     
  3. Effects: Creating voice effects or manipulating the voice is not beneficial and certainly you will not be selected
