The payment of the recording does not constitute a non-compete agreement on the voice over artist. For this effect, it can be considered a exclusivity contract:
- Total exclusivity
The voice over artist cannot participate in any other commercial ad for competing products, upon an agreed term
- Product exclusivity
The voice over artist cannot participate in another commercial Ad for competing products. For example, another car brand, upon an agreed term
All exclusivity agreements must be done by written contract.
