A voice for your brand, always available, with an ethical process and formal agreement

Professional voice cloning solves a concrete problem: the right voice for your brand exists in a professional voice talent — whether a voice artist, actor or presenter — with the timbre, style and expressiveness you want for your brand, but it is not available at any time, for any volume of production. Cloning changes that. The digital model is available when you need it, for whatever you need.
At Voices & Media Solutions every project starts with a formal agreement with the voice talent, clear terms of use and a contractual framework that protects all parties. The technology is advanced. The process is transparent.

Cloning model with formal agreement with the voice talent: consent, contract and clear terms.

Licence of use defined upfront: period, contexts, markets and exclusivity.

Usage fee that guarantees fair compensation to the talent proportional to actual use.

Professional quality for corporate voice-over, e-learning, IVR and digital content.

Documented process that protects the client against European AI regulation.

 ISO 9001 certified company.

From voice talent to digital model

Cloning a voice means creating an artificial intelligence model trained on the sound characteristics of a specific voice talent: their timbre, intonation, rhythm and natural pauses. With that model, it is possible to generate new voice-over from text, in that talent's voice, without recording a single new word in the studio.
The technical process has three stages: data collection, which consists of recordings of the voice talent in controlled conditions, with a variety of contexts, emotions and cadences; model training, where the AI learns the talent's sound characteristics; and validation with quality tests before any commercial use. For the majority of applications — virtual assistants, corporate voice-over, e-learning, information systems, digital content — the quality is professional and consistent.

Consent, contract and compensation — there is no other way to work

Voice cloning without consent has already caused real harm to professional voice talents in several countries. Voices used in campaigns they never approved, in contexts they never authorised, for fees they never negotiated. It is a serious problem and the reason why our service model works differently.
In every voice cloning project we develop:

  • Consent: the voice talent defines the intended contexts of use.
  • Contract: the agreement is formalised with definition of the media, platforms, markets and authorised period of use.
  • Exclusivity: the licence period and exclusivity are defined upfront — use is neither unlimited nor perpetual.
  • Compensation: usage fee proportional to the actual use of the model.

This model is not only more ethical. It is safer for the client. A company using cloned voice without a formal agreement is exposed to growing legal risks as European regulation on artificial intelligence and image rights advances. Working with a documented and contractually sound process is protection, not just responsibility.

Setup, licence and usage fee

Our voice cloning service works in three phases:

Phase What it includes
1. Setup Selection of the voice talent, formal agreement, recording sessions for data collection, model training and validation.
2. Licence Defines the period of use, authorised contexts, markets and renewal conditions.
3. Usage fee Each use of the model generates a proportional compensation to the voice talent

The total cost depends on the projected volume of use, technical complexity and the voice talent's profile. For large-scale projects, the cost per voice-over produced with the cloned model is significantly lower than the cost of studio recording. The break-even point is reached faster than most clients expect.

Not every project needs cloning — these do

Voice cloning is not the right solution for every project. It makes sense when:

  • Established brand voice: the company has a voice talent associated with its sonic identity and wants to preserve that continuity with greater production flexibility and without depending on the talent's availability.
  • High volume: voice-over production volume is high and studio recording costs and timelines are an operational constraint.
  • Frequent updates: content changes frequently — prices, schedules, product information — and the talent's availability makes the process slow.
  • Multiple markets: the project involves several markets or languages and brand voice consistency is a priority across all versions.

If the company does not yet have a defined brand voice and wants to create one from scratch, cloning may not be the most appropriate path. In that case, creating a personalised AI voice — a different, faster process with a lower initial investment — may be the right solution. Our team helps determine the most suitable approach for each project.

What you can do with the model once created

  • Telephone and IVR systems: the brand voice answers customers with total consistency, without depending on one-off recordings.
  • E-learning and internal training: all modules with the same voice, updated when necessary without new recording.
  • Corporate video content: narration with the established brand voice, for any format and duration.
  • Mobile applications and virtual assistants: brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
  • Audio guides and brand podcasts: audio content with voice consistency across all episodes or points.

Voice Bank

Listen to the voices before you choose
If you do not yet have a voice talent defined for cloning, you can start by exploring our voice bank. Define the voice profile you are looking for and our team will help you find the perfect voice for your brand.

The first step is a conversation.

We explain the process in detail, help you understand whether voice cloning is the right solution for your project and, if so, present a proposal with the setup model, licence and usage fee suited to your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions about Voice Cloning

They are two distinct processes. Voice cloning starts from a real voice talent — a specific person whose sound characteristics are replicated in an AI model. The result is a voice that sounds exactly like that person. A personalised AI voice creates a voice from scratch, without starting from a real person, with characteristics defined by the client. Cloning is the right path when an established human voice profile already exists. A personalised AI voice is more suitable when the brand wants to create a new sonic identity without association with a specific voice talent.

Yes, always. The voice talent's consent is an absolute requirement in our process. If the talent does not agree — whether because of the nature of the project, the client's profile or the proposed terms — the project does not proceed. There are no exceptions to this rule.

No. The licence of use is defined upfront and has a set period. Use outside the defined period or contexts is not authorised. When the licence expires, it can be renewed by agreement with the voice talent under the terms in force at that time.

For the majority of commercial applications — corporate voice-over, e-learning, IVR, digital content — the quality is professional and indistinguishable to the average listener. For content where emotional nuance is very demanding, such as high-impact advertising or creative content, studio recording remains the best option. Our team helps assess whether cloning is suitable for each type of project.

It depends on the voice talent's availability and the complexity of the model. Typically, between the recording sessions for data collection, model training and validation, the process takes two to four weeks. For urgent projects, we assess on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. We select a voice talent from our professional voice bank who matches your brand profile and is available for cloning projects. We present options, the client chooses and, after confirming availability and the talent's agreement, we proceed with the cloning process.

Yes, provided it is done with the voice talent's formal consent and a contract that clearly defines the terms of use. The European regulation on artificial intelligence establishes growing requirements for transparency and documentation. Our process was designed precisely to meet these requirements and protect both the client and the voice talent.
